A cosy little restaurant not far from the Eiffel Tower in the bustling rue St Dominique, Cafe Constant delivers consistently delicious French cuisine that has nothing "tourist" about it. Although the menu itself can be a little confronting (game and offal feature as proudly as steak, soup and profiteroles), experimentation is a must, as each dish is a sensation in itself. With prices hovering around 15 euros for an entree and 20 for a main, the excessively friendly staff and cosy French ambience make the Cafe Constant a fantastic place to take visiting friends, or just to treat yourself and someone special.
